Big Yellow’s Most Borrowed: November
Living in Big Yellow meant closet space was limited. When it came time to swap sundresses for bulky sweaters and coats, only the pieces I reached for again and again earned a spot.
Reformation Hartley Dress|Natural
I love a good babydoll dress, and this one is adorable. The lace details and little bow give it a vintage-inspired feel, while the flowy fit keeps it effortless and easy to wear. It feels youthful yet mature at the same time, making it the kind of piece that can grow with your style. It's also a great layering piece with a colorful cardigan and boots, but works just as well in the summer with my classic Rainbow flip-flops.
Adidas Samba OG|Black
I love the mix of a feminine dress with these black Sambas and white ruffle socks. The shoes add a sporty edge that balances everything out. It makes the outfit feel more effortless and like something I'd actually wear every day. Sometimes my favorite outfits are the ones that don't take themselves too seriously, and this combination feels like the perfect balance of polished and relaxed.
Eskimo 18 Mou Boots|Silver Birch
These were everywhere around campus this fall, and for good reason. With so many colorways to choose from, they're easy to make your own and look just as cute with leggings for an early class as they do with jeans on the weekend. They also keep your feet warm without sacrificing style, which is a win in my book.
Line & Dot Ophelie Sweater|Chocolate
One of my favorite things about this sweater is that it can be worn two ways. Folded down, it creates an off the shoulder look that highlights the collarbone in a really flattering way. Worn up, it feels a little cozier and more relaxed. The oversized knit balances both styles perfectly, and the chocolate brown is the kind of shade that seems to go with everything.
